The new dorm managers, the Yoshidas, prepared a dinner party at the lounge today! Good times.
We made okonomiyaki (lots of it aaaaaaaaaaaaah!) and yakisoba. We made two sets, actually haha. Hiroshima style and Kyoto style. The Hiroshima style okonomiyaki that Shige, Naka, and I tried to make turned out weird, yet edible and actually quite delicious. hihi.
Then Yoshida-san also served watermelon and grapes.
Aaaah. We all ate too much. Good times.
We also got to know them more. Yoshida-san and I both love the Beatles. haha.
It was fun.
More details + pictures later.
Later at 5am, Naka and I will ride the train to Nagoya. Gaaaah, so early. I hope I can get some sleep tonight.
EDIT:
Ok, we have decided to move our Ise+Nagoya trip to Sept.5-6 because of the typhoon.
EDIT II:
hahaha. okay, I just finished skype chatting with Yusuke, who's in China right now, in Japanese yo! HAHAHA. I typed everything in Japanese. And strangely enough, it was actually a conversation. Yey, I see progress. Very little progress, but at least I can type and talk in Japanese now. HAHA. I shall study again after our Nagoya trip.
: )
Cheers!
