NARA
We asked Shige, the 3rd floor house buddy, to take us to his hometown - Nara.
It was our 1st trip outside Kyoto. Good times.

I will write more in detail next time. For now, pictures will have to suffice (I'm still trying to establish a sense of sequence, then I'll re-edit everything for more details)

Facts:
* Todai-ji or "Eastern Great Temple" is a Buddhist Temple in Nara and is considered as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
* Inside it is the Great Buddha Hall which is the world's biggest wooden building. It houses the world's biggest bronze statue of Buddha Vairocana
